Silvertel has designed and developed the widest range of Power over Ethernet (PoE) modules, including the worlds smallest packages and the highest power modules available. We manufacture different packages, output power and voltage options to suit a huge variety of applications. Our PoE modules require minimal external components and all have built-in signature recognition complying to the IEEE standards. For flexibility many of our module ranges offer different output voltage options and include thermal protection, while all have output voltage offset adjustment, overload and short circuit protection included. Silvertel PoE modules provide a cost effective, easy to use solution for applications such as Voice over Internet Protocol phones (VoIP phones), webcams, wireless access points, security cameras, security equipment and door entry systems. Dependent on module, there are single in line (SIL), dual in line (DIL) and surface mount (SMT) packages available.

Ag9900 series Ultra-miniature POE modules are the smallest in the world. With a footprint reduced by an incredible 40%, compared to the tiny Ag9800, they provide full POE PD module functionality in the smallest of footprints while maintaining Silvertels cost competitive edge. Adding just two diode bridges and one electrolytic capacitor to this miniscule module is all that is needed to implement POE functionality on any product. Ag9900 is fully compliant to the IEEE 802.3af PoE standard, providing POE signature, classification, isolation and DC/DC conversion to 12V, 5V, 24V or 3.3V, while taking up minimal PCB space. The module is ideal for any space limited PoE applications such as IP cameras, biometric readers, RFID, wireless access points, HDBaseT extenders, VOIP phones, networked audio etc. It's tiny size is a perfect match to the latest range of devices and sensors in IOT and building automation applications. Optional industrial temperature operation further extends the range of uses.

The Ag9800 series POE modules are miniature low profile PD modules, designed so the addition of just 2 diode bridges and an electrolytic capacitor to this tiny module, will add PoE functionality to your product. The Ag9800 is fully compliant to the IEEE 802.3af PoE standard, providing POE signature, classification, isolation and DC/DC conversion to 12V, 5V or 3.3V while taking up minimal PCB space. The module is ideal for space constrained PoE applications such as IP cameras, biometric readers, RFID, wireless access points, HDBaseT extenders, VOIP phones, networked audio etc.

The Ag9700 is a complete cost reduced, competitive and reliable POE module for high volume applications. The modules extract power from Cat5 Ethernet cables and conform to the IEEE 802.3af standard. Ag9700 requires minimal external components and provides isolation between input and output. Available in SIL and SMT* packages, with 24, 12, 5 or 3 Volt outputs to suit a range of applications. An Industrial temperature SIL option, for operation between -40C to +85C is also available.

Ag9200 Series Ag9200 - Isolated PoE module, with intergal signature chip, class programming and dc/dc converter. IEEE802.3 af compliant

The Ag9200 series of POE modules are based on a high efficiency design. The modules extract power from Cat5 Ethernet cables and conform to the IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet PoE standard. This is a total solution, including an isolation barrier between input and output. Ag9200 is designed to provide the maximum available power of 13W @ 5V.

Ag9312 Ag9312 - Isolated IEEE802.3 af compliant PoE module, with intergal signature chip, and additional AC & DC inputs

The Ag9312 is ideal for applications such as IP cameras where an AC and DC supply is used as backup or as an installation option. The module extracts power from Cat5 Ethernet cables and conforms to the IEEE 802.3af standard. In addition to POE, The 9312 module can also provide auxiliary inputs for DC voltages from 12V to 48V or a comparable AC voltage (after external rectification).

POE+ : PD up to 30W - IEEE 802.3at

The Ag5300 is the smallest PoE+ module in the world. Available in 12V or 24V (Ag5324) output versions, it is capable of delivering up to 30 Watts peak output power in an exceptionally small footprint SIL package. It is ideal for applications such as IP Video phones, WiMAX access points, PTZ IP cameras, building automation, industrial control and remote computer terminals. The Ag5300 complies with both the IEEE802.3af and 802.3at specifications including isolation requirements. The Ag5324 also offers industrial temperature, -40°C to +85°C, operation at 24W as standard.

The Ag5200 is a low cost PoE+ module that can deliver up to 30 Watts of peak output power. It has a small DIL package size that is ideal for applications such as IP Telephones, WiMAX access points, PTZ cameras and remote computer terminals. The Ag5200 complies with both the IEEE802.3af and 802.3at specifications including safety and isolation requirements.

The Ag9330 is ideal for PTZ, infrared Security cameras, alarms or door access equipment where an auxiliary 12V DC or 24V AC supply is used as a backup or as an installation option. Conforming to POE+ standards (IEEE 802.3at), the Ag9330 can also provide auxiliary inputs for DC voltages from 12V to 48V or a comparable AC voltage (after external rectification).

The Ag5510 is a cost & size reduced, small DIL footprint PoE Ultra module, for delivering up to 60W of output power. Ideal for applications such as microwave links, WiMAX access points, door access systems, PTZ cameras and remote computer terminals. The input signature complies with the 802.3at specifications and it is designed to meet the safety & isolation requirements of 802.3at. The Ag5510 is the recommended replacement for the Ag5500.

The Ag5500 is a POE Ultra module that can deliver up to 60 Watts of output power. It is ideal for applications such as WiMAX access points, door access systems, PTZ cameras and remote computer terminals. The input signature complies with both the IEEE802.3af and IEEE802.3at specifications and is designed to meet the safety isolation requirements of IEEE802.3at. The Ag5500 is Not Recommended for New Designs. Use the Ag5510 as the recommended current alternative.

The Ag5500-FE, a tiny SIL package POE module, provides a POE signature and classification front end to allow POE power to be provided by a PSE or POE switch. This can then be used, for example, in POE lighting or POE repeater applications.

The Ag5600 is a half-brick DIL footprint PoE/PoH  module that can deliver up to 88 Watts of output power. It is ideal for single wire HDBaseT LED TVs, Digital displays, WiFi access points, door access systems, PTZ cameras and remote computer terminals. The module complies with the PoH specifications and is backwards compatible with IEEE802.3af and 802.3at including safety isolation.

The Ag5610 is an ultra low profile, 9mm high, PoE/PoH module that can deliver up to 88 Watts of output power. It is ideal for single wire HDBaseT flat panel LED TVs, Digital displays, WiFi access points, door access systems, PTZ cameras and remote computer terminals. The module complies with the PoH specifications and is backwards compatible with IEEE802.3af and 802.3at including safety isolation.

The Ag6100 is a single channel PSE module designed to inject power into conventional twisted pair Category 5 Ethernet cables. The Ag6100 is compatible with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) devices and comes in industrial temperature specification as standard. For Ag6100 applications, take a look at the complementary Ag7100 DC-DC converter.

Ag6110 Ag6100 - Single channel PoE PSE module IEEE 802.3at

The Ag6110 is a single channel 74W PSE module designed to inject power into conventional twisted pair Category 5 Ethernet cables. The Ag6110 is compatible with Ultra PoE, IEEE802.3at Type 1(af) & Type 2 and is a perfect complement to the Ag5510 60W PD module.

The Ag6400 is a 4 channel PSE module designed to inject power into conventional twisted pair Cat5 Ethernet cables. These modules provide exceptional efficiency and are fully compatible with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) devices.

The Ag6600 is a single channel PSE module designed to be compliant with Power over HDBaseT (PoH), IEEE802.3at Type 1(af) and IEEE802.3at Type 2 Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications. It is capable of delivering up to 95W and is aimed at higher power applications, perfect for supplying power to single wire HDBT TVs or other high power devices such as IP cameras or computers.
